Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FemPal - Period Tracker, including the mobile app, website, subscriptions, content, reminders, insights, and related services.

By using FemPal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

FemPal is a period tracking and wellness support app designed to help users track cycles, estimate upcoming periods, understand fertile windows, log symptoms, follow checklists, and receive simple wellness insights.

FemPal is provided for personal organization, education, and general wellness support only.

FemPal is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, fertility guarantees, treatment, or emergency healthcare services.

Cycle predictions, ovulation estimates, fertile-window estimates, reminders, and insights are estimates only and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on FemPal as your only method of contraception, fertility planning, pregnancy prevention, diagnosis, or medical decision-making.

Always contact a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions, severe pain, heavy bleeding, unusual discharge, pregnancy concerns, fertility concerns, or symptoms that worry you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into FemPal and for how you use the app’s estimates, reminders, and insights.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with app security, reverse engineer the service, or use FemPal for illegal or harmful purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your device, account, and login credentials secure.

FemPal may offer a free version supported by advertisements. Ads may be shown in parts of the app unless you have an active Remove Ads subscription or another valid ad-free entitlement.

Ad availability, placement, frequency, and format may change over time.

FemPal may offer a paid subscription that removes ads from the app while the subscription is active. The subscription name, price, billing period, renewal terms, and available trial offers will be shown in the app store or purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Your app store account may be charged for renewal according to Apple App Store or Google Play subscription rules.

The Remove Ads subscription does not guarantee that all third-party content, store messages, system notices, purchase screens, or required service messages will be removed. It is intended to remove standard in-app advertising from FemPal while active.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or another payment provider used by FemPal. We do not directly control app store billing, renewal timing, taxes, payment authorization, or payment-method approvals.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app store account used to purchase it. Deleting FemPal from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store or payment provider used for the purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you reinstall FemPal, change devices, or lose access to your ad-free entitlement, you may use the app’s restore purchase option where available.

Restoring purchases requires the same Apple ID, Google account, or app store account used for the original purchase.

Some features may require an account, authentication provider, or saved profile. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Your use of FemPal is also subject to the FemPal Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.

We may update, improve, remove, suspend, or modify any part of FemPal at any time, including features, designs, subscription offerings, ads, reminders, insights, or supported platforms.

We do not guarantee that FemPal will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system.

FemPal, including its design, branding, logo, graphics, software, text, features, and related content, is owned by J. KenTek Technologies or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from FemPal unless you have written permission or applicable law allows it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J. KenTek Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of FemPal.

FemPal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to FemPal if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the app, or if continued access could harm the app, our systems, or legal compliance.

You may stop using FemPal at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the app store or payment provider used for purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify users through the app, website, or app store listing.

Your continued use of FemPal after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
