By downloading, installing, or using the Pocket Saver application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must uninstall the App and cease its use immediately.
2. Financial Disclaimer
Pocket Saver is designed as a personal utility tool to help you organize and track your budget and expenses. Pocket Saver does not provide certified financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The AI insights, charts, and budget recommendations generated by the App are algorithmic and for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor for professional guidance.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Pocket Saver may offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By choosing to purchase a premium subscription, you agree to the following:
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation & Refunds: You must manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. Because payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google, Pocket Saver cannot process cancellations or issue direct refunds.
4. User Accounts and Security
To use features like cross-device syncing, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Pocket Saver cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information or mobile device.
5. License to Use the App
Pocket Saver grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App or its AI systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pocket Saver, its developers, or its publisher (J. KenTek Technologies) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
